- All full price USA orders are shipped from our LA warehouse with FedEx.
- All European orders are shipped from our Germany warehouse with FedEx
- Orders to the rest of the world are delivered express with DHL from our distribution centre in Hong Kong.
- Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders are packed and dispatched the following business day. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday), dispatch may take slightly longer.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

All online Sample Sale orders are shipped at a flat rate of $12 AUD.
These items are final sale and non-refundable.
Delivery time: 2–7 business days.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Australia
Orders under $1000 AUD will not be charged import duties.
Orders exceeding the threshold may incur duties, calculated and charged at checkout.
European Union
All EU orders are shipped from our Germany warehouse. No additional import duties apply at delivery.
Other Countries
If duties and taxes apply, they will be calculated and charged at checkout. These rates are guaranteed, no surprises upon delivery.
ALTERING ORDERS / ADDRESSES
Changes to products, shipping address or names are not possible once an order has been processed.
