- All orders are delivered express with DHL from our distribution centre in Hong Kong.
- Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched.
- Your order will be packed and dispatched the following business day. Please see estimated shipping time below. During busy periods such as Black Friday, it may take a little longer for orders to be despatched due to the volume.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Australian and United States
Orders will NOT be charged import duties for orders under $1000AUD and $800USD. If you spend over this threshold import duties may be applicable and will be charged at check out.
Other countries
If import duties and tax fees are applicable they will be applied at checkout. These rates are guaranteed so there are no surprises on delivery.
*Please note: if your order was placed before April 24th, your order was sent DAP and there may be subject to import and duties fees. Please note these fees are payable by the customer and if refused your order is not eligible for a return.*
ALTERING ORDER/ADDRESSES
Changes to products ordered, shipping address or names are not possible once an order has been processed at our warehouse. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order.
