Returns

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like an exchange or refund and we will be happy to oblige. All items must be returned in their original and unworn condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.  

We ask to refer to the size guide before buying to get your perfect fit. Feel free to message us if you’d like more guidance.

Full price items: 

Salt Murphy agrees to offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. *Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. *  

 

Temporary Promotion: 

(Black Friday sales, Cyber Monday sales, Boxing Day sales, After pay day sales, 20% off tanks) 

Salt Murphy agrees to offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.  

 

Final sale items: 

Salt Murphy does not accept returns on final sale items. This includes individual items that have been bought at a “final sale” or at a reduced or discounted price (more than 20% off).  

 

Faulty items: 

Please reach out to our customer care team at info@saltmurphy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Please note each order is only eligible for 1 exchange or 1 return. Salt Murphy will not accept returns/exchanges outside of the 14 days from delivery deadline. 

  • All returns will be sent to our distribution center in Hong Kong 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  

 

Lodge your return below by following the steps within the portal:

  1. Lodge your return with your email and order #. 
  2. Follow the steps in the portal. 
  3. Print off return packing slip provided by the returns portal. 
  4. Re- pack your order in original satchel or your own. 
  5. Post your package to the address provided with a courier of your choice. Please ensure that courier of your choosing provides a tracking number. 
  6. Enter your return tracking number into the returns portal to complete your return. 

We will only process a refund/exchange/store credit once your return tracking number has been lodged on our portal and the item/s have arrived back to our warehouse. 

Please ensure that the order ID includes the #.
