Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please lodge your request through our Returns Portal below.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing to find your best fit. If you need further guidance, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns Policy

Full-price items
Salt Murphy offers refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Temporary promotions
This includes Black Friday sales, Cyber Monday sales, Boxing Day sales, Afterpay Day sales, and selected promotional offers such as 20% off tanks.

Items purchased during temporary promotions are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Final sale items
Salt Murphy does not accept returns on final sale items. This includes individual items marked as “final sale” or items purchased at a reduced or discounted price of more than 20% off.

Australian Online Sample Sale
All products purchased from the Australian Online Sample Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes.

Faulty items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer care team at info@saltmurphy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that each order is eligible for either one exchange or one return. Salt Murphy will not accept returns or exchanges outside of the 30-day period from delivery.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to lodge your return

  1. Lodge your return using your email address and order number. Please ensure your order number includes the # symbol.

  2. Follow the steps in the portal to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

  3. Once your request has been submitted, please allow our team 24 hours to review and approve it.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a returns packing slip. Please note this is not a return shipping label.

  5. Print the returns packing slip provided by the portal.

  6. Repack your order in the original satchel or your own packaging, with the returns packing slip inside.

  7. Post your package to the address provided using a courier of your choice. Please ensure your courier provides a tracking number. The return address will be shown at the bottom of the packing slip and will also be emailed to you.

  8. Enter your return tracking number into the Returns Portal to complete your return lodgement.

Please note: We will only process a refund, exchange, or store credit once your return tracking number has been entered into the portal and the item/s have arrived back at our warehouse.
