Orders & Payments
Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes.
In rare cases, inventory discrepancies can occur during high-volume periods. If this happens, we’ll contact you directly with alternative options or issue a refund.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are automatically calculated and applied at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Salt Murphy ships internationally. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
We currently do not ship to Russia and Ukraine due to courier limitations.
USA orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Europe orders ship from our Germany warehouse.
All other international orders ship from our Hong Kong distribution centre.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
No. At this time, we do not offer next-day delivery.
Tracking details are sent automatically by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
Items marked Final Sale, including those purchased during sample sales, are not eligible for refunds. They may be exchanged, subject to availability.
Returns must be initiated through our returns portal, where you’ll receive return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return addresses are provided only via the returns portal. Items sent to unauthorised addresses cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. This can take up to two weeks, especially during busy periods. Bank processing times may vary.
