The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities across CRM, ecommerce, content, and campaign coordination.
This role is suited to someone with some experience in digital marketing or ecommerce who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working across different areas of a growing fashion business. The right candidate will support the Creative Marketing Manager and wider team in delivering campaigns, maintaining the website, coordinating assets, and helping execute key marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
CRM, Email & SMS Marketing
- Assist the Creative Marketing Manager with the construction, organization, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo.
- Help build, test, and schedule campaign sends.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of automated flows.
- Assist with audience segmentation and targeted campaign setup.
- Help monitor CRM performance and prepare regular reporting.
- Support CRM best practices, deliverability, and database hygiene.
Social Media & Content
- Support content creation and scheduling across social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Assist with creating and editing short-form photo and video content for social.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing output.
- Support the organization and coordination of social media assets.
Marketing Operations
- Assist with campaign launches, scheduling, and coordination.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and promotional timelines.
- Assist with reporting across CRM, ecommerce, social, and paid media channels.
- Help maintain marketing assets, documents, and internal organization.
Team Support
- Provide general support across the marketing function.
- Assist the team during periods of absence or increased workload.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and follow them through with attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in ecommerce, CRM, digital marketing, content, or a similar role.
- Some hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
- Understanding of email and SMS marketing principles.
- Social media savvy, with an understanding of how content performs across platforms.
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools and automations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Strong writing skills and a good feel for brand-appropriate tone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role.
- Comfortable working independently once briefed.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands.
Qualifications
- Fluent or native-level English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, Fashion, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce or digital environment is preferred.

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Ecommerce Intern to support the day-to-day activities of our marketing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across ecommerce, CRM, content creation, and digital marketing within a growing fashion brand. You will work closely with the marketing team and assist in the execution of campaigns, website updates, creative projects, and content production, with exposure to the tools and workflows used by a modern marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
CRM, Email & SMS Marketing
- Assist with the creation, organization, scheduling, and testing of email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Support updates to automated flows and audience segmentation under guidance.
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist with CRM database maintenance and marketing operations.
Ecommerce & Shopify Support
- Assist with website updates and product uploads in Shopify.
- Support merchandising and product presentation updates.
- Help prepare product launches, restocks, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with website testing and quality checks.
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support social media, website, and email content updates.
- Create and adapt basic marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or AI design tools.
- Use AI tools to support copywriting, content ideation, and day-to-day workflows.
- Help organize and maintain creative assets and marketing materials.
Photoshoots & Production
- Assist during campaign shoots, ecommerce shoots, and content production days.
- Support coordination and organization of shoot assets, samples, and creative materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in fashion, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can be used in creative and marketing work.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar is a plus.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Fluent or native-level English, written and spoken.
- Available for a full-time internship of 3 months or more.
- Internship agreement required.
